Nexus Radio is an internet radio stream operated by Aussi-Nexus Group (ABN 76 947 108 181) playing music, periodic Australian news headlines and advertising. It is provided as-is for general listening.

2. Copyright and music licensing

Nexus Radio plays music that is Creative Commons licensed for commercial use or otherwise properly licensed. Artist and licence details are on the music credits page. We do not knowingly broadcast copyrighted recordings without the necessary rights.

If you are a rights holder and believe a track on this stream infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the track details and your claim. It will be removed from rotation promptly pending review.

3. News content

News bulletins are automatically generated readings of headlines from third-party Australian news sources and are voiced by AI text-to-speech. They are not independently verified or edited by a person, are for general information only, and should not be relied on as an authoritative news source. Always check the original source for full context.

4. Advertising, payment and advertiser terms

• Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their ad content is truthful, lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.
• Plans are billed monthly via Stripe as a recurring subscription. Cancel any time by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the ad is then removed from rotation.
• Aussi-Nexus Group may decline or remove any ad at its discretion, including content that is misleading, offensive or unlawful, and will refund the unused part of the current billing period if it does so.
• Rotation frequency described on the pricing page is indicative and may vary with total rotation load.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Aussi-Nexus Group does not store your card details.
• Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. No warranty

The stream and website are provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Aussi-Nexus Group is not liable for loss arising from reliance on content broadcast or displayed here.

6. Privacy

This website does not use tracking cookies. We collect only what advertisers provide when booking (email address, business name and ad text) and what you send us by email or phone, and use it only to run your booking and respond to you. Payment details are handled by Stripe.
